Terms of Service

PB Workspace CLI · Last updated: September 20, 2026

1. Acceptance

PB Workspace CLI ("the application") is a private, locally installed command line tool with a single user: its owner. By installing or running it, the owner agrees to these terms. No other party is offered access to the application, and no accounts or services are provided to the public.

2. License and permitted use

The application is provided for the owner's personal use on hardware the owner controls, to access the owner's own Google account data. The owner is responsible for complying with Google's APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy when using it.

3. Authorization and security

Access to Google data is granted by the owner to themselves through Google's OAuth consent screen. The owner is responsible for the security of their own machine, operating system account, and the local credential store. The owner may revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. No warranty

The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. It may contain defects, and it may fail to retrieve or modify data correctly.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to the use of the application. The owner should maintain independent backups of any data they consider important.

6. Changes and termination

The owner may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it and revoking its access to their Google account. These terms may be updated on this page; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
